Common Service & Billing Questions

Service Questions

You can reach us through the sign up page on our website, our Facebook page or call our local office at 308-478-5880 to get your service started. We are here to provide service to meet your needs.
• Rocks, dirt, or concrete
• Dead animals
• Any hazardous liquids, (i.e. oil, gasoline, and paint)
• Tires, engines, large auto parts, propane tanks, motor oil, or automotive batteries.
• Bulky items (couches, chairs, stoves, etc.)
• Wire

Residential garbage needs to be set out by 7:00 a.m. or the night before. Place toter at curb with front of lid facing the curb and at least 3 ft from mailboxes, cars, fences, etc. Please bag all loose garbage and try to get all garbage into the cart. Weather conditions, holidays, breakdowns could impact the time when your driver will be at your location.

In case of inclement weather (rain, snow, ice), we will continue our routes as soon as it is safe for our truck drivers and equipment to be on the roads.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm.

Billing Questions

Customers are billed in advance every three months.   If you prefer monthly billings, please contact the office for this change.

Contact us immediately if you find an error on your bill. The statement that you receive will be considered correct unless our office is notified within 30 days.

You can receive your invoices by email. Email us your request and you will then receive all invoices via email.

A $10 late fee will be added to your account if a payment is received past the due date.

A $25 fee will be added to your account for returned checks.

You can pay your bill by mailing us payment, you may call by phone and pay with a credit/debit card or make a payment on our website.

Yes!  Absolutely, we offer monthly and quarterly automatic payments.  Click here for more information.
